What Abi is

Abi is personal-use software, built for one family. It is provided to you as is, with no promise that it will always work without fault.

Not a medical device

As Abi's owner, Jesse states that Abi is not a medical device. It does not give medical advice and does not diagnose. Any guideline content it shows, once built, will state its source and the date checked. If you have a worry about a child's health, call your clinic or your emergency service. Do not rely on Abi in an emergency.

Your own AI provider keys

If you choose to add your own key for an AI provider (Anthropic or Google Gemini) so that Abi can sort your free-text entries, that key and your use of it are your own responsibility. Abi is not responsible for that provider's service, cost or availability.

Google services

If you connect Google services (such as Google Calendar) to Abi, your use of those services is governed by Google's own terms, separately from these terms.

Changes to the service

The owner of Abi may change, suspend or stop the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
